IA Projects has designed a new warehouse in the semi industrial suburb of Fyshwick for a local client developer.

The completed building presents a snappy impressive statement, economically and effectively detailed and executed providing a building that gives functional opportunity for individual or combined occupancies.

IA provided a range of design options and feasibility study for the site. The project subsequently was developed as a three unit warehouse with individual showroom entry and large vehicle roll up door access. Parking and landscaping was included in the development.

IA provided all design and documentation, consultant liaison, DA and BA submissions and advice through the construction managed phase to completion. The project was completed on time and within overall budget.
