The strength of the national relationship between the client and IA Group was evident in the successful fitout of the client's Perth office. The IA Group has a clear understanding of the fitout, technical and communication requirements imposed by the client, complying to their high security and Code Compliant instructions.

The Perth fitout and design was an overwhelming success as it achieved a fine balance between the brief and the buildings's guidelines and restrictions. Maximising the magnificent views offered by the building was paramount in the design, with all areas benefiting from this feature.

Subtle design influences sympathetic to staff are also evident throughout the tenancy; such as creating a large central breakout space, providing informal soft seating areas within the open plan environment, and conveniently positioning coloured whiteboards and pinboards for group meetings and brainstorming.
