Within a tight construction timeframe of ten weeks, 7 levels of complete office fit-out including 2 carpark levels and high security ingenuity were completed on time and within budget.

The flexible open office design caters for more than 300 general workstations, special requirements, staff break-out spaces and a kitchen on each level. One of the main features of the design was the abundant supply of both conference and training facilities.
