Riviera on French marks the first in a series of highly succesful business park developments by IA Group Investments and ULEX. Situated in Eagle farm in Australia's Trade Coast Precinct, the development, consisting of 5 architecturally distinctive warehouse units, was designed for visual impact whilst remaining sensitive to cost and maintenance issues.

It is constructed of economically friendly tilt panel structures, with the façade incorporating a simple yet innovative design via the use of different materials. A system of sun shading, running horizontally across the glazing, protects the building from heat gain and thus reducing air-conditioning requirements

Located in close proximity to the Port of Brisbane, Gateway Motorway and Brisbane Airport, 80% of these exclusive units were sold off the plan.
