New Child Care facilities of 908sqm. to meet ACT code and Department of Education and Community Services requirements providing a total of 89 places for children ranging across babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.

IA provided a full range of services under a design construct arrangement with Cobul including:

• Site planning
• Building Design
• Interior Design
• Construction Advice
• Authority and consultant liaison and coordination
• DA and BA Approvals

The planning achieved maximum site ultilisation and included additional community room and facilities beyond the original centre that it replaced.

Clear circulation and ability to provide secure management and supervision of all areas in the centre have been praised.

This large centre is designed to support a childcare and learning environment whilst integrating access for other community use in the overall planning.
